No matter how you choose to contact us, we promise to respond quickly and fully! Here are your options:

Shopping at HalloweenU®
At HalloweenU®, we <3 (heart) our customers! We want you to have the best online shopping experience ever. For this reason, we provide a TON of information about each of the products we carry. For costumes and other products that come in different sizes, we've put together a great size chart for your reference. A Size Chart link is available in the Additional Information tab on product pages. For products that don't have a size chart, you won't see a Size Chart link. If you're stuck between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size (you can always pin it back!), keeping in mind that many of our costumes, especailly our hundreds of sexy costumes, are meant to fit tightly.
Inventory: To find out it an item is in stock, look for the Stock Indicator underneath the product name on every product page. If the Stock Indicator reads "In Stock", that product is currently in stock and ready to ship! If the Stock Indicator reads "Out Of Stock", that product us currently not in stock and is not available for purchase. Please note that if an item is "Out Of Stock", you can click the "Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock" link, and we will send you an email when that product gets restocked. Feel free to contact us to find out for certain whether we have a particular item in stock.
 
Product Recommendations: HalloweenU® makes product recommendations and suggestions on many of our product pages for your shopping convenience! You can find these recommendations, if we've made them, in the "Related Products" box on the right side of our product pages, or below the product image, in the "We Also Recommend" tab.
 
Forms of Payment: We accept the following credit cards as means of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept check/debit cards, as long as they're associated with one of these credit card companies. You can shop with us worry-free knowing that we are PayPal Verified and SSL secured.
 
Sales Tax: For most of the orders placed on HalloweenU®, we don't collect sales tax. If you're shipping to Nevada, you're responsible for paying sales tax on your order, because we're in Nevada!
 
Order Confirmations: You'll know whether we successfully received your order after you press the "Place Order" button during the last stage of the checkout process. If you see a confirmation page and your order number, you'll know that we are already working on getting your order to you as quickly as possible. You'll also receive an email containing your order details. You can also check out the details and status of your order by visiting the Order Status page, or by logging into your account and clicking My Orders.
 
HalloweenU® Size Charts
For costumes and other products that come in different sizes, we've put together a great size chart for your reference. Shipping & Delivery from HalloweenU®
We will generally ship your order out the same day it is placed, as long as it is placed before 2 p.m. Pacific time, except weekends and holidays in which case your order will ship the following business day. In the rare even that this doesn’t happen, your order will be shipped out the following business day. We determine your shipping charges based on total weight of your order. Generally, the heavier your order, the more expensive shipping will be. Delivery times are based on the shipping method you select during checkout. Here are the typical shipping times:
  • Economy: 6-8 days
  • Standard: 3-6 days
  • Express: 2-3 days
  • Premium: 1-2 days
 

Please note that if you have any doubts about what shipping method to use, go with a quicker shipping time to ensure that you receive your items by the time you need them!

 
Checking Your HalloweenU® Order Status
Checking your HalloweenU® order status is easy! Just visit the Order Status page or log in to your account and click on My Orders. If you're confused about your order status, feel free to visit our HalloweenU® Customer Service Helpdesk or contact us.
 
HalloweenU® Price Match Guarantee
HalloweenU® is confident in our ability to bring you a huge selection of high-quality products at the absolute best prices. Therefore, if you find a lower price on any of the products that we offer, we will match that price and refund you the difference if you’ve already made a purchase!
So, if you find a lower price on an item, and be ready to give us the following information: your HalloweenU® order number, the website address where you found a lower price, the total purchase price of the product, including shipping charges and any taxes, the item name, ID, or SKU number at the website where you found a lower price. We will then review your information, match the price, and provide you with a refund for the price difference.
 
We typically process these refunds within 14 business days of our verification of the lower-priced item. Here’s the fine print: the lower-priced item has to be the exact item that we offer. The lowest shipping and handling charge and sales tax are included in determining the price difference. Promos, coupons or other discounts from the other website are not included in the price difference. If a coupon code was used on your order, the final item price with the applied coupon will be compared to the competitor's full priced item when calculating the refund. The lower-priced product must be new. The lower-priced product cannot be from an auction site. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to items designated as Clearance or Blowout on the other website.
 
RETURN POLICY
Halloweenu is a manufacturer of different Halloween Customes. We deliver only high quality customes to our customers. We do not accept returns and refunds for items already shipped, tried or worn.
 
REFUNDS
Items will only be accepted for return and refund for the following reasons:
  • 1. Item is defective
  • 2. Item received is not the ordered item
